Withdrawal policy
Returns
We have a no-return policy.
However since our business is based in Germany, you are able to withdrawal from the sales contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
You can withdrawal from the sales contract by sending a completed withdrawal form (find here) to silver@kathrinjona.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please return back to:

Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom made pieces
- "Made to order" pieces, equal to custom pieces
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs of original purchase are not included in the refund.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Please note that we take pictures of the order and items as it leaves our office right before shipping to proof condition in case of damage complaint.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All ring sizes are US sizes if not stated otherwise.
*A note from the owner Kathrin: Please keep in mind this is a small business, a one person show. I work with precious metals and gemstones. Each piece is handcrafted in my workshop with carefully selected materials. As everything in this shop is handmade and I pour my heart in it my pieces are unique and one of a kind. Please place your order thoughtfully. Make sure you know your ring size before purchase. All ring sizes in the shop are US sizes. There are different ways to find out yours. The best option is to go to a local jeweler and get measured. These days it is common to order a couple of items for having a look at them and then return most of them. Please keep in mind that returns/refunds have a huge impact on my end. Straight up it directly affects what's on my plate.
